- What is included in the price?
The tax includes the price of the clothes, their washing, drying, and ironing, the packaging in which you receive the clothes, any alterations to make the clothes fit you perfectly.
- Are the clothes damaged or stained?
No! Clothes are washed and previously checked to avoid dirt or any damages.
- What sizes do you carry?
We carry sizes from XS-XL, but more sizes will be available soon :).
-I don't know my style yet. What should I do?
Check out our "Style" page or message us on Instagram @thesecondbreathshop! We'll be happy to help out!
-What if I have multiple styles?
If you choose the Single Outfit Bundle, it is difficult to include multiple styles. If you chose any other bundle, we can agree on the inclusion of several styles.
-How long does it take to make my bundle and ship it?
The length of each bundle varies depending on how successfully and quickly the clothes are found. The approximate time is 2 weeks, but it can be a little longer or shorter. We are always in touch with customers so you don't have to worry about receiving a package.
-Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, but for any updates on this matter please check our Instagram page @thesecondbreathshop.
-Can I track my package?
Of course, when the package is shipped, you will be sent a tracking code.
-What if an item/items don't fit?
Before we start looking for clothes, you have to take a quiz, in which it is very important to mark accurate sizes so that the clothes can be found in your size and fit you. We cannot promise clothes that will fit without a given measurement. If you gave your sizes and the clothes are too big/small, measure yourself again, measure the clothes and if the sizes do not match, write to us on Instagram or Email, they can be found on the "About us" page.
-Can I return item/items I don't like?
Sadly, no. We take our time to find great pieces that works perfectly according to your individual wishes. See more in our "Return Policy" page.
